With Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving recently dealing with injuries, how have their All-Star bids been affected?
At the start of the year, the NBA unveiled the initial fan results for All-Star 2025, showing strong support for Luka and Kyrie. As the 2025 NBA All-Star Game approaches, set for February 16th at the Chase Center in San Francisco, the league has now released the second wave of fan voting returns.
Currently leading all players in voting is Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks, with 2,721,339 votes. In the Western Conference, Nikola Jokic leads with 2,277,723 votes. Jason Tatum is the only other player with over 2 million votes so far, sitting at 2,224,086.

Eastern Conference Leaders:
Frontcourt: Giannis Antetokounmpo (2,721,339)
Guards: LaMelo Ball (1,490,227)
Neither player has lost ground since the first wave of votes.
Western Conference Leaders:
Frontcourt: Nikola Jokic (2,277,723)
Guards: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (1,811,050)
These positions also remain unchanged from the initial results.
Dallas Mavericks:
Luka Doncic: 1,344,205 votes (#3 in Western Conference Guards)
Kyrie Irving: 797,965 votes (#4 in Western Conference Guards)
Doncic has dropped one spot, being overtaken by Stephen Curry, while Irving holds onto his position.
General Assessments:
In the Western Conference Frontcourt, Victor Wembanyama has moved up to #4, overtaking Anthony Davis.
The Eastern Conference Frontcourt sees a shuffle in spots 8-10, with Evan Mobley jumping ahead of Joel Embiid and Paul George to secure the #8 spot.
Aside from Stephen Curry surpassing Luka Doncic, the Western Conference Guards rankings remain the same.
The Eastern Conference Guards see the most movement in the bottom half of the top 10. Darius Garland now occupies the #9 spot, with Derrick White dropping out of the top 10.
