At 28 years old, she ranks fourth in Barcelona Femeni’s historical tally of trophies won, trailing only Alexia Putellas (30), Melanie Serrano (29), and Marta Torrejón (28).
Arsenal has been seeking to strengthen their forward line following the announcement of Vivianne Miedema’s departure on a free transfer by the end of this month.
Miedema’s departure from Arsenal was a mutual agreement, with the Dutch international eager for a new challenge while the club aimed to reinvest in the squad.
The striker, who became the highest-paid WSL player after signing a new contract with Arsenal in May 2022, has netted a record-breaking 79 goals in the league since joining the Gunners in 2017.
