The Phoenix Suns have been one of the NBA’s biggest disappointments this season. Coming into the year with hopes to silence their critics and reassert themselves as a top contender in the Western Conference, the Suns had high expectations.
With their star-studded trio of Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Bradley Beal, Phoenix was aiming for a title run. However, with just a few weeks left in the regular season, the Suns find themselves on the outside of the playoff race.
This has stirred tension within the organization, and head coach Mike Budenholzer recently confronted Booker in a meeting.
As a result, thereâs speculation regarding Bookerâs future in Phoenix. While itâs unclear what the Suns will do, itâs possible they could trade Booker this summer, or the guard might request a move himself.

For this trade to happen, the Lakers would likely have to trade guard Austin Reaves and put together an appealing package for Phoenix.

The Nets are positioning themselves for a significant offseason thanks to their cap space and draft assets. Booker could mark the beginning of a new era in Brooklyn, and other players would likely be eager to join him.
