The Golden State Warriors have extended forward Kevin Knox II’s stay with the team by signing him to a second 10-day contract, the team announced on Saturday.
Knox II, 25, played in three games during his first 10-day contract with Golden State from February 19 to February 28, averaging 7.0 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.0 assists in 8.2 minutes per game. The 6’7″ forward has appeared in 28 games with Santa Cruz this season, averaging 21.8 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 2.4 assists in 32.6 minutes per game. He was named NBA G League Player of the Week for the first week of the regular season (Dec. 27–Jan. 5).
