The Sacramento Kings triumphed over the Golden State Warriors with a 123-117 victory on January 22, 2025, after staging a remarkable fourth-quarter comeback. Despite trailing by 18 points, the Kings surged in the final period, outscoring the Warriors 14-4 in the last 4:03 to secure the win. DeMar DeRozan led Sacramento with 32 points, while Domantas Sabonis had 26 points and 18 rebounds. De’Aaron Fox contributed 14 points, including a key finish, and Malik Monk added 20 points with nine assists.

In contrast, the Warriors had a strong start, finishing the second quarter with a 41-point effort and holding a 113-109 lead after Andrew Wiggins’ three-pointer. However, Sacramento’s dominance in the fourth quarter sealed their victory. The Kings’ free-throw shooting was crucial, hitting 30 of 32 attempts, while Golden State struggled, making just 9 of 13.

Andrew Wiggins led the Warriors with 25 points, Buddy Hield scored 17 points, and Stephen Curry, who was scoreless in the second half, ended the game with 14 points and 12 assists. This win marked Sacramento’s tenth in their last eleven games.
